Abhishek Mishra is an Indian entrepreneur also considered as the youngest entrepreneur of the nation. He is the CEO of Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival, a platform to honour Indian Cinema’s excellency. He took charge as CEO at the age of 18, three years after founding the company. Currently, he is also serving as the Advisory Board Member in Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India. He has spent several years in studying cinema and its enormous impact in the audience.
Abhishek was born in Mumbai in the Indian state of Maharashtra to his father, Mr. Anil Mishra who has designated thirty years of his life to the India Cinema and more than Fifteen years to the Indian Ministry. He taught himself to make websites with the help of books, and made his first, www.dpiff.in, at the age of 17. At the very same age, he was well versed with concepts of Team Management, Leadership, Talent management, Planning and organising. He has pursued Masters in Business Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
Abhishek Mishra believes in aspiration of youth as he himself started his company at a very young age. Today he has employed more than hundreds of young talents under him to work for the organisation and to help in recognising the excellent contributor to the Indian Cinema.
